Chef Fabien Ferré invites you to enjoy an evening dedicated to sharing, conviviality and culinary excellence at La Table du Castellet.
Wednesday, July 8: an exclusive dinner with Yoann Conte, two-Michelin-starred Chef in Annecy, friend of Fabien Ferré and fellow competitor in Top Chef: Le Concours Parallèle.
Dinner: €420 per person, complimentary glass of Champagne included.

The return of San Felice’s Sunday evening Braseros.
From June 7 to September 13, enjoy a convivial gourmet experience featuring tapas and starters to share, a land-and-sea brasero, an assortment of desserts crafted by our pastry chefs, and live music.
All set in an exceptional location overlooking the golf course, with the Mediterranean Sea as a backdrop.
Brasero Menu: €90 per person – €45 per child.
- Experience the spirit of Corsica on Sunday, June 29 at San Felice!
- Join us for a special night featuring spit-roasted veal by Jacques Abbatucci, traditional Corsican dishes, and a live performance by singer Adrien Susini.
On the menu:
- Starters served at the table: brocciu and mint fritters, Corsican charcuterie, fish ceviche
- Main course: spit-roasted veal or fish, grilled vegetables, homemade mashed potatoes
- Dessert buffet: fiadone, chestnut tart, and other Corsican treats
- Live Corsican music starting at 7:30 PM
Price: €120 per person (includes a glass of Corsican wine) – €45 for children aged 5 to 12

The restaurant La Table du Castellet, awarded three Michelin stars, welcomes you again starting March 26 for dinner.
Chef Fabien Ferré opens this new season under the sign of spring, with a cuisine inspired by the first seasonal ingredients, the freshness of the local terroir, and a creativity that remains both precise and bold.
An invitation to rediscover the Chef’s gastronomic excellence, where each dish celebrates nature and the renewal of spring.

CELESTIAL WALKS
The return of our stargazing evenings at Hôtel & Spa du Castellet.
Throughout the summer, guests of all ages are invited to explore the night sky from the hotel grounds. Guided by an astronomy expert, in partnership with the Ollioules Observatory, discover constellations and planets during a fascinating evening under the stars.
A unique experience offered every week throughout July and August, creating unforgettable summer memories.
Duration: 1h30 – €45 per person
