A contemporary setting facing nature

In contrast to the hotel’s discreet and elegant classicism, the dining room of La Table du Castellet offers a distinctly contemporary space.

Deliberately minimalist, its design features soft tones where wood and slate blend harmoniously. An olive tree and a vine stock evoke the Provençal roots of the Chef’s cuisine, while a striking canvas by Martin Berger, The Abysses of the Mediterranean, reflects the inspiration the Chef draws from the treasures of the sea.

Carefully curated, the gastronomic setting captivates: round white laminate tables with soft edges, plush and soothing carpet, bare-table service, an alcove hosting a discreet chef’s table, and a second, more intimate room offering open views of the park and gazebos.

To share an aperitif or a digestif in the open air, enjoy a moment on our terrace, in the shade of the arbours. You will appreciate the lapping of the overflowing pools and the view over the park.

The Wine Cellar and the Cheese Cellar

At the end of your meal, there's no cheese trolley—instead, you'll have the opportunity to personally visit our cellar and choose from a selection of around fifty cheeses, guided by the expert advice of a specialist. A truly unique gourmet experience.
